Squint

Squint means that your eyes are pointing in different directions. This is especially common in children, but it can occur at any age. One eye can turn up, up, or down while one eye is facing straight forward. Squint surgery is a highly specialized surgery and is the most common treatment for squint treatment. The doctor will loosen, tighten, and reposition the muscles of one or both eyes to restore eye alignment.
